These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the UGC Business Pack ("the Product"), a digital download sold at ugcbusinesspack.com ("the Site"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full.

The UGC Business Pack is a digital product consisting of 17 browser-based business document templates designed for UGC (user-generated content) creators. The product is delivered as a digital download via Gumroad immediately upon payment. No physical goods are shipped.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for your own business purposes. You may:

The Product is sold at a one-time price with no subscription or recurring charges. Payments are processed securely through Gumroad. We do not store your payment details.
Because the Product is a digital download delivered immediately upon purchase, we are not able to offer returns in the traditional sense. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you have worked through the pack and feel it was not right for you, email us at hello@ugcbusinesspack.com within 30 days of purchase and we will review your request in good faith. We are a small business and we stand behind what we sell.
Refund requests submitted after 30 days, or requests that show no genuine engagement with the product, will not be eligible.
The templates included in the UGC Business Pack are provided for informational and practical use only. They do not constitute legal advice. The contract template, in particular, is a starting-point document and we recommend having any contract reviewed by a qualified legal professional before use in high-value or complex engagements.
Results described on this Site (such as income increases or deals landed) reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of future performance. Your results will depend on your own effort, experience, and market conditions.
All content on this Site — including copy, design, and the Product itself — is the intellectual property of Square Motion LLC and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Square Motion LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product or this Site. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
